Terms and Conditions
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website, and , the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1-9 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
- BREX shall deliver all services set in accordance with the Pharmacy Review Program. Everything shall be specified during the orientation.
- BREX reserves the right to modify the conduct of program, with regard to schedule, lecturers, online platform and the like, when the need arises, with the objective of better service.
- Bonafide BREX reviewees are given a username and password to access our website and videos. Sharing of this log in details are strictly prohibited and will result to forfeiture of its access to our website once proven that access is shared to non-BREX reviewees.
- BREX reserves the right to use the name and/or photograph of the undersigned for marketing purposes in the event that he/ she passes and/or tops the Philippine Licensure Examinations.
- BREX reserves the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our system.
- No part of any BREX review material (hard or digital copy) may be reproduced by any form or by any means, including photocopying, downloading of videos or utilized by any information storage and retrieval system without any written permission from BREX.
- In the event of high traffic volume causing technical difficulties and resulting in website malfunction, the company will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. BREX reviewees acknowledge and agree that such technical issues may occur intermittently and are beyond the immediate control of the company. Therefore, the company cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to website malfunction. BREX reviewees are strongly encouraged to report any technical issues encountered so that they can be addressed swiftly and efficiently.
- Enrollment with BREX Pharmacy Review is to your own free will and was not imposed by school, dean, faculty or administrator of the school where you are enrolled / graduated.
- Brex does not offer refunds for any payments made. Full payment is required on the first day of the review process. Once access is granted, the student is obligated to pay the full amount, regardless of whether the review is completed or the service is used in its entirety.
- We collect your personal data that includes those you provide us during your application for admission and other information we acquire or generate upon enrolment and during the course of your stay with us. Your personal information is accessed and used by BREX, specifically by some personnel who have legitimate interest in it for the purpose of carrying out their mandated duties in connection with providing you quality education at BREX. We use and share your information as permitted or required by law and BREX’ education-related mandate including a variety of administrative, historical and statistical purposes, i.e. sharing of information for ranking purposes.
